Reversal Indicator using Moving Averages

I am looking to work with an experiences programmer, who is able to come with ideas and suggestions for the following obersvation: 


I am a reversal-trader and I oftenimes check 2 things: 


I) How far is the current price of an MA (like the 200er MA in H4)

II) What is the distance between 2 MAs (for example: If I enter in M5, what is he distance beween the 20 and 200 MA)


I am basically trying to identfiy extreme deviations from the mean in order to look for reversal opportunities. 

I do not have the exact specifications, but I want to talk with an experienced trader and programmer that has ideas how to develop a good reversal indicator this way.
