Indicator signaling when candle breaks out of bollinger band by at least 50% of its bodysize

hI, 

I need an indicator that gives me sound signal under 2 consecutive conditions:

1)2-3 consecutive candles break out from bollinger bands by  more than 50% of their body(NOT SHADOWS of candles) - screen below

2) 2 MAs should cross and indicator should give me signal

when first condition is true, indicator should be able to "watch" or listen to the cross of MAs (period 5 & 10) , the MAs cross may happen after 5-7 even 10-12 candles - it should still watch for it!

must work on m1, m5, m15, screens of good situations and bad situations when sound must not be triggered included in screens
