Trend by RSI

I need indicator change bars color according to RSI trend in this method:

if RSI>XX  for last XX bars = make bars green 

and its stay green until :

if RSI<XX  for last XX bars = make bars red

all (XX) are Variables i want to be able to change 

also if it available to make expert in same  rules ( green= buy , red=sell)

when it open position stay in until it turn to other color close the old and open new position

with ability to make the expert trade in two side or only one side 

and ability to make specific take profit instead of stay in market until color change

i don't know if my idea is clear or not but if any one interested i will explain it more clearly
