Need expert to decrypt my itf file prorealcode(prorealtime) script to get source code

I currently have a Forex trading script in .txt format that I want to be converted to a functional/working robot (in .mq4), without altering the strategy of the script. The strategy of the script is already in and shouldn't be changed unless with mutual understanding

I want an EA Robot to buy USD pairs when news is forecasted to be better than previous, and indicate on the chart when the next event is and if it will be taking a buy or sell. The EA also needs a trailing stop and TP and or choice to close at certain ATR, MQL files to be provided
