Sound alert based on Bollinger Bands and moving averages

Hello coders,

I need an indicator or script which gives a sound alert if certain conditions are met:

-Price crosses a bollinger band (upper,lower or mid band)

Band is included between two moving averages.Further and more detailed instructions are in the attached Word file.
