Create an Expert Advisor based on the RSI

Create an Expert Advisor script in MQL5 for Metatrader 5 with the following elements:

1. Use the input function to be processed in the code so that it can be manually set all indicators, like stoploss, trailing stop, partial close, trading time zones, lot size, RSI levels, take profit, choosing buy stop or limit order, etc.

2. The EA trades on the pair it is attached to, include this in the script. For example DAX, S&P, DOW, Nasdaq and EURUSD.

6. The RSI goes from an oversold position through 30, and;

7. The RSI is above 30 for at least 10 seconds on the actual price (on an open candle). This is very important. So, an order is placed not after when the candle is closed, but as soon as the RSI crosses above 30 on a real time base.

8. The bot only checks the last time the RSI crossed above 30.
