Website is startalentent.com - I want to turn the attached PSD into HTML. THEN: 

1. The black box in the top left, I mean is for the profile picture function provided by buddy press. Just need to make the upload fit the box 

2. The very top section across the entire top is for the navigation bar on the buddy press pages. The navigation bar will be static and have these tabs - Wall Profile Timeline Notifications Collab Followers Mentions Messages Media Newsfeed Settings Business Profile 

3. The square behind the profile picture is another image upload section for the user to upload on the front end. 

4. 4. The two boxes down the left hand side are media upload boxes for the front end user to upload audio or video 

5. The center section is where the buddy press pages will go - the activity wall, messages box, etc 

6. The 3 boxes on the right will be for sponsored ads (using an ad rotator plug in) that only admin can access not he back end.
