Create an EA for two indicators

I need to create an EA made from the combination of two indicators that I use together at the same time. ASCTrend-Matrix and GenesisMatrix (this matrix a combination of four indicators). I attached all the files needed. This EA has to work on offline charts.

The rules are as follows:

For the EA to Buy:

Bar closes with all the four lines in the Genesis Matrix indicator and the first line in the ASCTrend indicator (line pointed with no. 3 in picture attached) turned white from all of the five lines being red. (see no. 1 and orange horizontal line in attached picture for example)

For the EA to Sell:  

Bar closes with all the four lines in the Genesis Matrix indicator and the first line in the ASCTrend indicator (line pointed with no. 3 in picture attached) turned red from all of the five lines being white. (see no. 2 and orange horizontal line in attached picture for example)

Take Profit & Stop Loss:

I need to be able to set the take profit and stop loss value in pips.

Money Management:

I need to be able to set the percent risked and it should be tied to the stop value I have set (Example: if I have the percent risked value as 2% and the stop loss value as 10 pips, I will only lose 2% of the balance if my stoploss of 10 pips is hit). Should also be able to control value of pips for the slippage.

I need to be able to change the parameters of the indicators.
