Need expert guide for starting trading on mt4

Hey I hired a coder to develop an idea and turn them to a profitable mt4 ea expert advisor, He did it but right now I am looking for a certified mt4 forex trader to guide my experience in this below steps. 

Step 1. Setting up MT4 real/demo account with connection to Oanda and install the EA to run perfectly and start executing trades as designed

Step 2. Setting up demo account, how many days do we let the demo account run?

Step 3. Deposit funds into Oanda.

Step 4. Create live trading account and implement the Bot and strategy

Step 5. Make first deposit of profit from MT4 to Oanda, into my bank account

I would like to work with a coder that also skilled in trading forex mt4 and know how it works with oanda, please reach out to me for any advise on how best to get this done thanks
