Complex EX similar to breakout EA with extra risk management parameters

I want to develop this bot so that I can backtest it and see if it can be profitable.

The bot will trade during certain hours of the day (4 windows) that I can adjust in the inputs.

The bot will not trade on important news days.

The bot will identify a price high and low to breakout of prior to the killzone, I want to be able to manage the size if this price swing in an input.

When the trading window arrives, we have  this swing determined and we wait for price to break structure (BOS). That means it crosses above or below the swing we determined. I want an input that allows me to define how many pips should this breakout be to consider this a BOS.

Given this breakout, we wait until another high or low is formed and get a trade swing using the the opposit high/low previous to the BOS.

Now that we have this "Trade Swing" identified, we will use fibonacci retracement formulas to determin trade entries (% of equity as an input), Stop loss and Take profits

There are additional rules that I want to have implmented and approximately 10-15 more inputs for entries distribution on the fib levels and subsequent TP.
