Create an expert that uses ema + candle pattern

Creat an ea that open trades following this rules:

for long entry :

After a red candle , if a green candle forms within the body and wicks of the red candle + the body of the green candle is above ema , the ea will open a buy position.

for short entry:

After a green candle , if a red candle forms within the body and wicks the green candle + the body of the red candle is below ema , the ea will open a sell position.

The ea should open only 1 position at a time
