Tradingview indicator to MQL5 (Fractals)

Hi guys

I'm using the fractal indicator from Rachel_T. I know that MT5 has an integrated fractal indicator but it's different than hers. I would like to code her pinescript into mql5 but with a slightly different rule:
If the last fractal was bearish then the next fractal must be a bullish one. Like the fractal zigzag shouldn't get violated.

In the annex I'll send you the pinescript source code.

What I need from the indicator:
- Marking bearish and bullish fractals (arrows)
- Override the fractals of the same direction if there was no fractal printed from the other direction
- Make input to show the fractals of the specific TF (e.g. show H4 fractals in the M15 chart)
- Make color inputs for each TF
- A Candle can't be a high and a low fractal at the same time
- If a bearish fractal got printed but the price makes a new HH and another bearish fractal then delete the previous bearish fractal
- If a bullish got printed but the price makes a new LL and another bullish fractal then delete the previous bullish fractal

What I DON'T need:
- Plots or divergences from the indicator
- Patterns
- Channels
