Spécifications

Задача: нужно написать советника (готов рассмотреть и другие подходы к решению задачи).

есть CSV файл, по разным рынкам с сигналами за год (около 300).

Нужно считать этот файл и при бэктесте выставить эти сигналы с заданными тейками и стопами.

Утилита похожа на данную, но чуть иная:  Simple History Receiver

Тейки и стопы могут задаваться числом или процентом от цены входа.
