Looking to build an EA to mannge open trades

hello,

I want to build an EA that will manage open order, EA function:

1. Close partial order.

2. Move SL at a specific price level to specific price level.

In order to do so I was thinking to use Horizontal line and to write the commend under Description.

For example: movestop 3 50

in this case (Short trade), when price will reach 2 pips above the Horizontal line, the EA will automatically move SL to 50 pips above the line.

another example: tp 5 30

in this case (Long trade), when price will reach 5 pips below the Horizontal line, the EA will automatically close 30% of the open position.
