Adding an alert to an indicator

Hi

I have  two tasks which should not take more more than one hour for a good programmer

1) I have an indicator  , for which i want to add the email/ alert  as soon as a bar closes above or below it. I will be applying this on renko. I want to open and close(open and reverse) a trade on every change ( long or short) 

2) I have another indicator which also needs exactly the same thing done (this one already has the  alert, change in color ont he line eetc built in), but want to open and close trades

3) In both cases the standard ea's which have the option to exit trades based on renko bar sizes, one " for example i want to exit 50% at 2 reno bars range and remaining at 4 renko bars range"

 

 

I want it to be completed immdtly.

 

 

(Note: The other jobs i have posted are still open , havent found some one who understands the requirement properly )
