Expert advisor in mql4

hello need an expert very simple. 

The EA open two position in same time for the first trade : 1 sell and 1 buy 

If market up (same logic if market down) :

- the buy position close when touch 10 pips (its exemple its possible 3 pips or 6 etc...) a new buy position open 

- in same time the position sell loose but dont close : 

                1/ if the market down and touch the target price the position close and a new sell position open 

                2/ if the market continue to up, a new sell position open after -50 pips (its exemple its possible afer 30 pips or 20 pips) etc.... 

Exemple open at 1.0900 if touch 1.0910 buy close and open new position at 1.0910, in same time sell position open at 1.0900 but dont close 

1/ if market down to 1.0890 the sell position close and open new sell position, in same time the buy position continue to work

2/ if market up to 1.0950 the FIRST sell position continue to work, the EA Open a second sell position (use martingal or not) in same time the buy position close at 1.0920, ans re open and close at 1.0930 close and re open to 1.0940, an re open and close at 1.0950
