Need An EA For Fully Automated Trading

I need an EA built base on my trading strategy. I’ll send you a short video that explains the strategy. I need you to add auto lot size compounding to the EA, but you need to first send me the version without auto lot size compounding. 

BUY SCENARIOS 

1. RSI has to cross the signal line upward on the 4H TF. 
2. Then go to the 15M timeframe for an entry. Open 3 BUY positions as soon as the 20 EMA crossed the 50 EMA upward.
3. Open 3 positions. Set stop loss to 50 pips and TP 1 to 20 pips, TP 2 to 40 pips, and TP 3 to 60 pips. Move SL to breakeven once price moves 20 pips in profit. 
4. Open the second entry ( open another 3 positions) when price pullback to either the EMA 20, 50 or EMA 200 on the 15M timeframe, and a BULLISH candle opens and RSI crosses the signal line upward on the 15M timeframe. No more entry after the second entry. The robot should wait for a reversal after the second entry.  
5. when the robot opens a buy or sell trades and the opposite signal came in, the bot should also open the trades. For instance if the bot has already opened a BUY trade and a sell signal came in, the robot should also open the sell trades as long as the criterias are met. 

SELL SCENARIOS 

This should be the opposite of BUY SCENARIOS.
