Spécifications

I  want a trading bot for meta4trader that can do the following
-Take the 1hr before market open interval

-the high and the low of the 1hr before market ( lets say EU market open at 8:00, then i need the script to take the low and the high from 7:00:00 until 7:59:30)

-then place 2 orders, one for the high and one for the low prices from (7:00 until 7:59:30)
-if one order is filled, then the other must be deleted
-if non of the orders are activated in the first 2 min after market open, then cancel both orders

-the orders will have take profit and stop loss in them
