Custom robot for MT5 that can place buy/sell stop when a trigger price is hit

I am looking for a robot that works for MT5.

I am looking for a robot that places a buy stop or sell stop when a certain trigger price is hit xx pips above or below the trigger price.

Variables I can adjust.

Trigger price: the trigger price that makes the robot placing the buy stop or sell stop
Off-set: Amount of pips the robot enter the buy or sell stop above or below the trigger price
Stop loss: numbers of pips for the stop loss of the trade
Take profit: numbers of pips for the take profit of the trade
Volume: the lot size of the trade
Buy or sell: is it a buy stop or sell stop

It must be able to place up to 5 trades at the same time meaning we need variable Trigger price 1, trigger price 2 (all the way to 5) and with their variables off-set 1, off set 2 (all the way to 5) so if trigger price 1 is hit it will use off-set 1 and, stop loss 1 and take profit 1, volume 1 and bu/sell 1.
If trigger price 2 is hit it will use off-set2, stop loss2, take profit2, volume2 buy/sell2 and so on for 1,2,3,4,5.

Here is an example.

Gold (XAUUSD) trade.

Trigger price is 1973.01. 
Off-set is 50
Stop loss is 100
Take profit is 300
Volume is 0.5
Buy/sell is buy.

Now say price is trading at 1974.80. If it goes down and hit the trigger price 1973.01 the EA will place a buy stop at the price 1973.51 (the trigger price + the off) which is also the order entry price.
There will be a stop loss at 1972.51 (this is order entry price minus 100 which is the stop loss value).
The take profit will be a order entry price + 300 (take profit value) = 1976.53
It will trade with 0.5 lots.

And the other way around if it was a sell order.
