Create a MT5 EA open pending order before xx seconds before current candle ends

- If there is no pending orders, EA automatically opens 2 stop orders (buy stop and sell stop) at [xx] seconds BEFORE current candle ends. 2 orders must have [xx] SL and TP predefined.

Eg: Current timeframe is H1 and the server time is 10h29m00s. Setting [xx] = [60] seconds ->Then EA should open 2 stop orders at 10h29m00s

- 2 stop orders should be place at [xx] pips distance from current price

- 2 stop orders should close after [xx] seconds if not filled yet

- If stop orders are filled, then we have buy/sell orders:

+ buy/sell orders should close after [xx] seconds if sl/tp not met yet.

+ Buy/sell orders should have trailing TP that begin trails after [xx] pip, auto modified/trailing after next [xx] pip

+ if trailing SL > open price, move SL to open price, then trails with TP
