Make me a ea with ADx and moving averages

I want a ea to use moving average of my chossing to enter a trade 

based if adx is higher then last candle 

1.

i want buy(long if the price touch moving average high ) if adx is higher then last candle 

2 i want short if the price toch the moving average low if the adx is higher then last candle 

3 sl last candle before entry

4 sl move to entrypoint plus small profit after given numer of candle 

i want faster moving average low work as a trailingstop for long 

i want faster moving average high work as a trailingstop for short

exit

if it turn around and close in loss from entrypoint it should close

if adx is above my given numer and start to slope down it is a exit for example in picture reach over 40 and start to slope down

It should work on many symbols as i put in in one chart
