Need news filter function for mt5

Hello developers.

I need to be able to filter trades by news in my EAs, namely not to enter 60 minutes before the start of the news and 60 minutes after the news.

At the same time, I can indicate the importance of the news (from and above) and the trading pair by which we will search for news.

The filter should work both in real time and in the strategy tester.
