Help me create an EA:

Check if there is an active open order?

IF NO? Check if the current price is above or below "x" EMA (can be set in EA's setting) , if above open buy, if below open sell.

IF YES? Wait how it was closed.

If it hits the take profit?  Repeat from beginning.

IF it hit the stop loss? Immediately open an opposite order.

Lot size is Multiply by "x" (adjustable in the EA's setting) from the last closed order.

Stop loss and take profit (pips) are adjustable in the EA's setting.

And repeat.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
