Description:

Code a couple of scripts (one MQL4 and another in MQL5) to perform the following exact same function:

Generate 1 CSV file, storing every user-defined number of minutes (5 minutes default value) the following information (for all symbols available in the MT4 and MT5 platform, respectively) in the following format:

Time,<Symbol1>,<Symbol2>,<Symbol3>,<Symbol4>,...
yyyyMMdd HH:mm:ss,<Spread Symbol1>,<Spread Symbol2>,<Spread Symbol3>,<Spread Symbol4>,... 

The scripts should write to the CSV file indefinitely, until the user stops execution. 

Note: If the market is closed or the platform is disconnected, the spread entries should be replaced by the following format, respectively: 

yyyyMMdd HH:mm:ss,closed,closed,closed,closed,... 
 yyyyMMdd HH:mm:ss,offline,offline,offline,offline,...
