Simple Breakout Expert Advisor

Hello, 

Need a competent coder to code a simple breakout strategy with custom risk management. This is just a testing phase of strategy for optimization purpose, if it works I will offer a better pay for the full fledged expert advisor along with a trade panel.

Expert Advisor will trade based on Pending STOP order from the past X periods (bars count) HIGH and LOW. Please read on for more information:-

Breakout Pending orders will be opened based on PERIOD's HIGHEST and LOWEST (So if Period is set to 8, it means calculation will start to count from Bar 1 all the way back to Bar 8, BUY STOP ORDER will be opened on the highest point and SELL STOP ORDER will be opened on the lowest point).
