I need an EA which records equity + Alerts + Closes trades,EAs and charts when a trigger amount is met

I need an EA which records the equity + Balance + drawdown or profit of each instrument every 20secs to a few minutes based on the input settings
The data can be saved somewhere in the logs of the EA which the programmer chooses to define and I will be able to open the long and see the results in real-time even when I want when the EA is running. The log for recording this data (equity+balance+detailed nstruments running P&L) needs to be seperated from the log of other functions of the EA.

The settings of the EA I need is as follows:

Record Equity: Yes or No (if yes records equity + exact time date,hour,minute,second)
Record Balance: Yes or No  (if yes records equity + exact time date,hour,minute,second)
Record P&L (drawdown or profit) for Running Trades Detailed by Instruments: Yes or No (if yes records equity + exact time date,hour,minute,second)
Interval of Record: 20secs, 30secs, 40secs, 50secs, 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min, 5min, 6min, 7min, 8min, 9min, 10min, 11min, 12min, 13min, 14min, 15min, 16min, 17min, 18min, 19min, 20min, 25min, 30min, 35min, 45min, 50min, 55min, 1H.

Alert: by e-mail, by push message, by sound (alert.wave)
Alert when balance drops by input dollar value: $ dollar value like $1,000
Alert when balance drops by input percentage: % value which includes decimals like 1.27%
