Add a dynamic StopLoss and a Profit Target to my existing EA

I have an EA that is basically what's called a time Breakout EA that does place a Buy and a Sell at a specified number of pips above and below of a specified number of last bars.

Currently the stoploss and Profit target is a fixed number of pips.

I need to add an option to have my Stoploss at wherever the other side order is  and then the Profit Target as well to be the same amount of pips of whatever is my stoploss.

and I will also need for the EA to calculate at every trade the lot size to be at 1% risk of my total account size.

for example:

After the close of the bar at 15:30 the EA does place a buy at 5 pips above the high of the last candle and a sell at 5 pips below the last candle.

Now if that last candle was 15pips from top to bottom, than the Stoploss should be 25pips (10 pips of the candle + 5 pips for each side), and my Profit targets should also be 25 pips.

Now if my account size is $10,000 1% of that is $100, since the stoploss is 25pips  the total lot size for the trade should be 0.40 which will bring my total risk to $100

I need for someone that can do that for me today !!
