Very simple EA to manage trades

I am in need for a fast operating EA without any hustles and good coded (dedicated to this job).
The functions is very basic/simple. I trade manually; open trades manually.
The EA need to manage my open trade(s) and set a preferred TP and SL all based on BID prices since the candles are all based on bid prices as well.
There is an addition to the SL rule: if i set the SL in pips, like 10 pips, the EA close the trade only when a candle CLOSES in more than 10 pips. So this couls mean that the SL could be, for instance, 16 pips. As a safety feature, i need also a hard TP to close trades automatically when the BID price reach that amount of pips.

Example:
i open a buy position at 1.25500. TP is set to 20 pips, SL to 10 pips and hard SL to 50 pips. When price reach 1.25300 but the candle isn't closed yet, the trade is currently in a 20 pips loss. The EA does nothing yet. When that candle finally closes at 1.25350, the EA close that trade since the candle closed 5 pips above the SL. I endure a loss of 15 pips.

Without limitations (full source), very clean and minimalist coding based on #property strict, no errors at all, no copied code or inactive code-lines.
