I need auto gmt offset detection

I have an EA that trades specific times, and I would like to add auto gmt offset detection using the url www.worldtimeserver.com. Since I share my EA, I need my EA time inputs to remain the same, and automatically calculate the offset if users use a broker that has a different gmt offset without the need to change any of the time inputs. I have already attempted a freelance order for this, but it is not right. Please reach out only if you feel you can complete this task.
