Need to create an Expert Adviser based on EMA crossover

Hello Creators, I need an Expert Adviser which can create buy/sell signals and exit signals and execute those signals as trade in MT5 account. 

Logic is very simple. There are 2 EMAs. First is 21 EMA & second is 7 EMA. 

Conditions -

Buy signal -  7 EMA crosses 21 EMA from below to above - Price closes above the crossover - Then buy signal should be generated. 

Exit Buy - Prices closes below the 21 EMA line. 

Sell signal - 7 EMA crosses 21 EMA from above to below- Price closes below the crossover - Then sell signal should be generated. 

Exit Sell - Prices closes above the 21 EMA line. 

If it will work on any asset and in any time frame then it is best. If it is needful to specify asset and time frame then I will update it as the work will get finalised.
