For the budget I start from 50usd
If you can do it 50usd would be great but negotiate if you would like to.The programmer must know and have basic skill for simple mathematics (getting the average etc)
must know how to handle multiple currencies
must know how to handle candle information(high low, open, close, body size) with multiple timeframe
