A new forex robot based on price action and candlestick formation

I need an experienced developer to design and develop for me an effect robot for live forex trading from scratch. After I choose the resistance and support levels within which I want the robot to operate, I want the robot to automatically place a specified number of trades with the same chosen lot size after every bullish or bearish candle based on my preference. For instance, after determining the resistance point in the market, and I put the EA at that resistance point I will want the robot to keep selling after every bearish (red) candle until it reaches the support point. Alternatively, if I place the robot at a support point, I want the EA to place a specified number of trades with the same lot size after every bullish candle. Some of the suggested parameters/Input for the EA include:

i) lot size - this allows me to enter the prefered lot size

ii) Buy or Sell - this allows me to choose what I want the robot to do. If I choose to sell the robot will only sell specified trades after every bearish candle but if I choose to buy the EA will only buy or place trades after every bullish candle

iii) Number of trades to open - the robot should only open a specified number of trades after every bullish or bearish candle based on my choice in (ii) above

iv) Maximum spread filter - the EA must not place a trade when the spread in the market is greater than or equal to the specified points/pips entered here.

v) Time filter - this enables me to specify the time I want the robot to place a trade. If I choose from 0600 hours to 2000hrs, the robot should only place a trade within the specified time

vi) Day Filter - I will want the robot to place trades on specific days. So the robots should only place trades if choose true for the chosen day but when I select false the robot must not place a trade

vii) Universal Take Profit - if trade moves in my favour and the robot reaches the take profit point then the EA should automatically close all open trades

viii) Universal Stop Loss - should the market go against my prediction and move in the opposite direction, I want the EA to close all open trades once it reaches the universal stop loss point

ix) Trailing Stop loss - this should allow me to choose the number of points/pips between the market's current price and the universal stop loss. Should I choose traling stop loss to be 500points and the market moves in my favour the universal stop loss should automatically readjust and move to maintain a distance of 500point.

The robot should also display the overall gain or loss on the chart.
