Easy MACD EA with trend filter

Hi, I need a MACD EA that can do the following.

BUY: When the MACD line crosses the signal line up and the price is above the 200 EMA. The MACD cross must be BELOW the 0 line, buy after candle close. MACD histogram needs to be green/positive.

STOP LOSS: One tick lower than lowest point of the last three candles. The candle on which the cross happens is the first candle, from here we count candles back. SL will be set one tick lower of the lowest point from one of these three candles.

SELL: When the signal line crosses the MACD line down and the price is below the 200 EMA. The MACD cross must be ABOVE the 0 line, buy after candle close. MACD histogram needs to be red/negative.

STOP LOSS: One tick higher than highest point of the last three candles. The candle on which the cross happens is the first candle, we also count the two prior candles. SL will be set one tick higher of the highest point from one of these three candles.

TP: Default setting risk reward ratio of 3, but should be adjustable.

RISK SETTINGS: Default setting should be 1% of budget but should be adjustable.

Time option needed: Default, no trades between 10pm and 6am UTC+2. (Needs to be adjustable)

EVERY open trade must be closed automatically at 10pm UTC+2 

Option to choose timeframe on which the EA operates. Default is 15 minutes.

Must be able to trade multiple symbols from one chart.
