Simple price levels indicator for MT4 Gold chart

I am looking for a programmer to build a price level indicator for my gold charts. 

Their will be 3 price level inputs with colors and thickness of lines.

I would like a solid thick RED line put at every $5 dollar price on the chart.  ex...1700...1705....1710...1715 etc.  every $5 dollar price points

I would like a second solid thick GREEN line put at every $2.5 dollar price increments on chart. Basically a Green line in between every $5 dollar red line. ex....1702.50....etc

I would like a third DASH thinner BLUE line put at every $1.25 dollar price increments on a chart.  Basically a Blue DASH line in between the green and red lines.
