Horizontal Line Indicator For MT4

I am looking for an horizontal line custom indicator with separate time inputs for daily, weekly, monthly and the yearly lines.

The indicator will draw a single horizontal line from the price at a specified time. One line per period, and, extend the line to the end of the period, or, to the current time whichever the lesser.

In addition, the indicator will calculate a the range from the price at the previous line to the high or low prior to the subsequent line of the given period, and, calculate an average range for the previous x periods. This information should be displayed in the top left hand corner of the chart for the given time frame only (excluding the yearly indicator).

The monthly time frame will have the capability to pre-select the time for each month individually, ie January 15th 12:00, February 13th 14:00, March 17th 15:00 etc. (The Daily, Weekly and Yearly lines will simply be drawn from a single preselected time. )

Other basic functionality such as line style, visualization and alerts will be required. A more detailed specification will be provided on application.
