BUY/SELL on 200 EMA TOUCH

I Need a Robot to activate trades on 200 EMA Touch on the following time frames 15m,30m,45m,1h,2h, 3H and 4h, and SL's when the candle closes above/below the 200 EMA, with TP on the previous Resistance/support zone.

This is the following work that i need:

- Robot/automated trade to be executed when the price hits the 200EMA on 15m,30m,45m,1h,2h and 4h time frames.

- The Take Profit is the previous resistance/support level. 

- The Stop Loss is when the candle closes above/below the 200EMA.

- Rule: In order for the next trade to be activated it needs at least 4 candles outside the 200EMA.

- TP should be the previous resistance or support level, rules for setting tp level can be either via fractals or image example
