Change logic in my dashboards scanner

Hello,

I would like someone to change the logic in my existing dashboard scanner.

Description of new logic in my dashboard scanner

I want you to comment out the logic there is today showing engulfing patterns and change it to the new logic.

The new logic:

I want the dashboard to work in 2 ways. 

1. Whenever price has been above/below last swing high/low I want for example a star instead of an “E” like it is now with and arrow.

2. The same as #1 AND when price comes back and close below that swing high/low I want a start more and the arrow – Like so ** + arrow up/down

Please look carefully at the word document for examples before you offer yourself to this job. Can you detect the last swinghigh/low for this dashboard to work properly?
