A CSV Import EA which can conditionally execute positions

The MQL4 program should import orders from a CSV file and execute them with the appropriate conditions. The CSV File would list in each row: the date (YYYY-MM-DD), the time (HH:MM:SS), position type (buy/sell), position size, stop-loss, and take-profit. In addition to this, the program will require user inputs to different features.

Features:

• Spread Conditional Execution: The program will require a minimum spread as an input and will only execute the transaction if such a spread is available in the market. I need to be able to check the spread as I can’t execute certain low SL and TP without it.

• Opening Positions: The program will attempt to open a position for a given amount of time (in seconds) and if the position cannot be opened, it will abandon the current position and move on to the next one.  

• Stop-Loss & Take-Profit Verification: The program should continuously check whether TP and SL has been maintained. In the past, programs would open positions and the TP and SL wouldn’t be included in the position. 

• Capital Preservation: If the equity falls below a minimum, the program shall close all of the positions unconditionally and cancel all future orders.

• Maximum Open Position Time: If a position is open for a time longer than the input, the position will automatically close unconditionally.
