A Simple Multi-Time Frame Trend Trading System From A Book

I wish to create an EA that sends me alerts and also has the option to trade on its own.  I tried to trade this strategy manually and found that an EA will not 100% replicate the result of a human. So, I am following a basic version of this strategy in order to backtest it, then possibly modify it in the future.

I need the developer to put in comments in her/his code so that I can understand it and refer back to it and make any adjustments two years later.

Instruments: This EA is for trading stock indices and major forex pairs.

This EA will trade signals from DAILY charts, then uses the 1 hour and 15 minute charts to enter a position in the market.

Make ques from the daily signals an optional parameter.

The Main Entry Rules for Short Positions:

The MACD (1-Hr chart) must have been below the zero line for at least 3 bars. (make this optional).

The earliest entry point is the 4th consecutive bar below the zero line.

Wait for the price to touch the 5 period ЕМА of the Highs (turquoise line). As we can see in the illustration below, the price did not touch the turquoise line until the 5th MACD bar. • Wait for the Stochastic on the 15-Min chart to indicate an overbought situation (value ≥80).

Wait for the Williams’ %R on the 15-Min chart to indicate an overbought situation (value ≥-20).

** There are other rules that I left out.**    For example, an optional second entry and daily signal.

Exit rules uses a trailing stop, fixed exit and use of divergence indicator.
