EA that can convert an TradingView email alert or an Outlook email into an MT4 trade

Hello All,

I would like an EA developing that will run in MT4, obviously as an expert advisor script. The EA should be capable of doing the following;

1. Convert a TradingView.com email alert email (or an Outlook email) into an MT4 live trade. (I do not have the Pine code script from TradingView in order to have an MT4 EA built directly, hence needing the alert email converted into a trade)

2. The email alert will need to trigger the following actions in MT4;

- close any existing trade

- open a new trade (will always be EUR/USD, 15minute timeframe) - open price will always be market price, Stop loss will be fixed, take profit will always be open

3. The EA parameters should be able to be altered easily for; stop loss, take profit, lot size

I will need advice on how to convert the email alert into a datafile for use by the EA as well
