I need someone to build me a custom indicator - will pay very well if works the way I want it to

I've attached a photo of an example of the conditions I want met for a DOWN signal - please pay attention to the 3 white arrows on the right for the DOWN signal 

The yellow signal arrow the top white arrow on the right is pointing to is basically just an EMA crossover that happened during that candlestick (2,20) ​​

I will pay you very well if it works the way I want it to.

The conditions for a signal to be generated are 

For the MACD please make it so it can be adjusted easily - but for now I'd like it to be at least 0.00011 into the positive or negative

For the ADX please make it so it can be adjusted easily - but for now I want DI+ and DI- to be at least 7 away from each other in the respective direction of MACD (when MACD is in the positive, DI+ 7 over DI- and when MACD is in the negative, DI- 7 over DI+)

If these conditions are true, and an EMA crossover happens (3,6) or (2,20), generate a signal arrow pointing in the respective direction as soon as the EMA crossover happens, and also create an alert. 

In the simplest terms

If the mentioned conditions for MACD and ADX are met, as soon as an EMA crossover (3,6) and/or (2,20) happens, I want an alert and a signal arrow generated (in real time, not on bar close) in the respective direction.
