I want an EA that enters positions based on RSI or EMA

I want an EA that enters positions based on RSI (user given low or high when to enter for example 90/10 or can do EMA to be up/down of the price?). If price goes opposite it will open another position on same as the first with % lot (user given % in each step based on first starting position).

User must also sets the profit in pips to exit all trades all together when pips target are reached.

For example if we opened a buy position with 0.30 lot and price continues to fall, enter next position (buy again) at desired price (maybe this also user given?) with 0.45 lot if % given is 50%  and so on.

If still falls open the next position with 0.68 lot (50% of the previous). When price goes up and all positions at total are gaining target profit pips (user given), exit all trades and waiting new ones by rsi or ema.

Can you make it also for MQL4?
