MQL5 Scalper EA

I have a medium size project for the right developer. 

Its a simple theory but has **quite a few features / functions required** so is very in depth and that is refelcted in the $$ payment.

This is a scalper, and the skills you will require to complete the development are:

mql5, panel development, pending orders, web requests, gmt offset, order modification, day / time filtering, lotsize calculation, stoploss and taker profit caclulation, multiple instrument monitoring, order stastitics, delaying orders

** I will require examples of your work and code to make sure it is what I am looking for

** The code needs to be neat a tidy and readable with comments in English for each section

** The code will need to pass MQL5 market place checks
