EA based on Heikin Ashi and Quarter Points

Need an EA that uses the Heikin Ashi candles and Quarter Points to open positions. Quarter Point indicator in Trading View is found as "ScroogeX1" for your reference. Please see requirements below and screenshot attached.

Parameters:

1- Use Heikin Ashi candles, use Quarter Points (modifiable), RSI filter (optional), EMA Crossover filter (optional), and News filter (optional)

2- To open orders: When the price touches a Quarter Point, wait for the next Heikin Ashi candle to close without a wick. That will be the signal candle. If that candle is a bullish candle and is above the QP, open “buy” trade in next candle. If the signal candle is below the QP, and is bearish candle, open a “sell” trade.

3- Have the option (in settings) to open multiple trades in the same direction every time the prices crosses a QP, having the same candle (without wick) as the signal to open; or just one trade per direction.

4- Close all orders once it opens a trade in the opposite direction per the same signal candle.

5- If RSI filter is used, do not open “buy”positions if it’s overbought, but do open if it is oversold. Same applies for “sell” positions.

6- If EMA Crossover indicator is used as filter, open positions after the EMA have crossed.
