EA testing and strategies - backtest

I have coded a series of EAs and on the way to build a complex and self-adaptable EA.

Need some help from an experienced trader or anybody(knowledgeable on price action and other trading fundamentals) who can help create a plan for a strategic testing of these EAs as well as help with the backtesting. For example, if the EA is responding to reversal, sideways or economic events or following price action plans etc.

It may seem very wide open job description. Initially, it may look like this:

Step 1: Create googlesheet plan

Step 2: Create label and reports

Step 3: Run tests

Step 4: Rank EAs/strategies/SLs etc.

Please let me know what you can help with. I may need a few hours every month to begin with. If you have a better approach, I am open to that as well.
