Custom 2 bar EMA Crossover Indicators

I would like 2 separate indicators based on 2 bar moving average crossovers.

1. I would like it to paint the candles when the fast MA crosses over the slow MA and visa versa. I want to be able to set the inputs of this indicator as far as 1) type of MA, 2) # of bars, and 3) time frame of the indicator. example: If I'm looking at a 15 min chart but I want the MA Crossover Candles to paint the 1 hour time frame, I want that option.

2. I would like the same features as the first indicator but in a tape to display in a separate window at the bottom of my screen.
