Close All At Equity Level

I need to someone to make an EA that can be attached to only one chart. The only job for the EA is;

1.To close all trades when a certain EQUITY is reached regardless whether the floating trades are negative or positive. E.g

I start the account with $ 1000, and the account grows to $1500, so i need the EA to be able to close all trades when my Equity gets to $1500, even though there are floating trades are negative e.g -$200

2. Close trades when Loss Equity level is reached.
