Need to build ea from indictor alert and sent email notification of trade and current month performance.

I have a indicator that provide me alert for candle type.I need to to open trade by that alert.I need ea in quickest time.As much as possible lowest price.And if you need any customization in my requirement for less time and for less price let me know.Maybe in some portion of my requirement you need much work,if you able to provide me with lowest price with less requirement please mention your suggestion.EA should be tested and orginal code need to provide and need to fix bugs later without extra payment.Please let me know the price how much i need to pay.How payment will be made. You need to much work main coding is done in indicator for creat signal/alert.You just need to make entry from machine signal.

 Here is my Requirement:

 When indicator provide any bullish/bearish alert

enter trade based on ema or withou ema,if candle is upper of ema place buy,if lower of ema place sell. ea calculate range of the candle
order 1 or 2 or 3 (should be able to select how many trade open)seperate trade.if two seperate order placed there should be option to trade 1 closed in tp1,order 2 need closed in tp2 , order 3 closed in tp3 or tp 6,
able place market order or pending order then place a order for 50%(custom 50% 60% 20% 100%) entry
then place a sl, there should be way to set two option for sl .One option is previous candle low or high another option  is current candle high or low
tp able to set from 1:1 to 1:2,3,4,5,6 based on sl.
lot size calculate by % of account or equiy  lot size should be 0.01 to big lot size or fixed lot size
when it placed order,edit any order,placed pending order,market order it should be sent email with performance result of current month,email template should be able to edit from text file.In example : i add some text under the final email body or start of email body.After call from terminal i able to add text like previous month performance or any other notes.

if ea not set for open trade(coder place a option to open trade or only for signal).ea should be able to show me alert and sent me a email alert using this template.
