Closing EA all Orders in Terminal

Hello,

I'm looking for a closing EA, which is closing under criterias, all open Orders in Terminal.

criterias: When Equity (of Terminal (Balance after Installation)or Manual definated Balance in Sets) is X% higher (Profit) - than opening or manual inputted Balance.
EA should close all open Orders (all orders in Market)

After EA has closed all orders - EA should definated after closing of all others the new Balance (is Balance after closing all orders) and should show this new Balance in Terminal

If then Equity (Equity Amount is increased than X%, EA should close all open orders Market again and wait till reached next X% Profit from new definated Balance.

New Balance and X% plus of Closing Equity should be written in Chart - so thant I can check on which Equity amount EA is closing all orders in Terminal


Example:
Balance 100 - is shown in chart

Percent higher closing is - 10% is shown in chart

Closing Equity (amount) - 110 is shown in chart


After Closing - new Balance is Basis - New Balance 110


Also I want in Sets definated after each closing new %

After each closing I want that EA should reduce Percent - this new percent is definated in EA Sets

0 Percent when Closing 10%

1 Percent when Closing 9% = from actual Balace - 9% more on Balance or Equty

2 Percent when Closing 8% = from actual Balace - 8% more on Balance or Equty

3 Percent when Closing 7% = and so on

4 Percent when Closing 6%

till 10 Closing


I Want also definated the First basis Amount manual. So EA does use If input is XXX Amount this as first Basis Amount

In Chart also should written which "Percent when Closing" EA right now

Pharameter:
First Basis Amount - Amount - if not using Balace of Terminal
Percent when Closing 0 - percent for first calculation on Basis - if this Amount is reached on Equity percent Profit - all orders are closed in Terminal
            Not After closing all orders System has new Basis Amount - this should be updated in Chart and from this should be calculation
Percent when Closing 1 - percent for second calculation on Basis - if this Amount is reached on Equity - all orders are closed in Terminal
            Not After closing all orders System has new Basis Amount - this should be updated in Chart and from this should be calculation
Percent when Closing 2 - percent for second calculation on Basis - if this Amount is reached on Equity - all orders are closed in Terminal
        and so on
Percent when Closing 3

Percent when Closing 5
