Read CSV to place trades c# cAlgo: Need cAlgo EA

Dear coders, 

 I have an easy project for you.  

cTrader ( cAlgo ) c# platform will read CSV FILE to open and close trades.  The CSV file is created in MetaTrader4 from Attached mq4 EA.  The mq4 EA runs on the MT4 Master account.  The CSV format is as following. 

   ArrayResize(OrdId,Size);

    ArrayResize(OrdSym,Size);

    ArrayResize(OrdTyp,Size);

    ArrayResize(OrdLot,Size);

    ArrayResize(OrdPrice,Size);

    ArrayResize(OrdSL,Size);

    ArrayResize(OrdTP,Size);

The MQ4 EA writes to file in above format. It will produce the following

 348345843, ( order ID) EURUSD, ( OrderSym) 1, ( OrderType) 0.45, (OrderLot)  1.38505, ( OrderPrice) 1.39015, (Order Stoploss) 1.38455 ( Order TakeProfit)

Actual CSV file after the MQ4 EA writes.

 348345843, EURUSD,1, 0.45, 1.38505, 1.39015,  1.38455 

 Requirements:

1 -Only necessary to open/close Market Order in cAlgo

2 -Modification of Stoploss and Takeprofit if required in CSV

3 - Lotsize Multiplier including fixed Lotsize option

4 - Price deviation from CSV price  

5 - Specify Folder directory to copy csv -  

6 - debug Print and Email if unable to open/close/modify orders
